About Us

We are a Group Member of Waveney and Oulton Broad Yacht Club which enables us to use their club premises at Nicholas Everitt Park. This offers us great facilities for sailing from the jetties.

Sailing is on a Tuesday from mid-April to Mid-October and anybody with a disability or health impairment over the age of 9 is welcome to come along for an initial chat.

Sailing Membership

Cost is currently £75 per annum which enables a member to sail and use the club facilities on sailing days and other Waveney Sailability events.

Corporate membership

Open to organisations who wish to bring small groups to sailing sessions.

Volunteer membership

Waveney Sailability is run entirely by volunteers. We always welcome new volunteers on or off the water. We need sailors who we can train in-house to be Assistant Instructors as well as onshore volunteers in various roles to help on the jetties and at the clubhouse, or to take on administrative roles. There is a voluntary £25 membership per annum.
