Waveney Sailability joined with the local host club WOBYC on 14th September in the multinational series of races called Bart’s Bash.

The weather was fine, the breeze strong and predominately from the southeast with an interesting zig-zag course to try our skills and memory.

Within a varied fleet, we fielded seven Hansa 303’s and acquitted ourselves well with 3 in the first 6 and even the winner, Alan Cone in his own boat, is one of our instructors.

It was a race enjoyed by all and agreed to be worthy to be an annual event.
