Push the boat Out Day this year was a joint venture with all the water sports that operate on Oulton Broad coming together to promote all the different activities that take place here. Early indications gave us the promise of a little warmer weather but that was not to be as there was a cool breeze which chilled the bone. However, the sun appeared late on Saturday but refused to shine on us on Sunday and the rain even started as we were packing up on Sunday evening.

It is always difficult to judge how well the day has gone but there were potential new members who came and chatted and we are hoping that they will take the plunge (not literally) and give sailing a go. Picture here showing how the time was filled learning to throw the firemens lines.
